Registration Instructions:
Download the registration form and fill in ALL requested information. Please do not leave any answers blank on the registration form! All campers must also submit a Medical Release Form with registration materials or at check-in before particpating.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for all camp sessions can be done in person (at the school's athletic office) or through the mail. Either way, you must submit all information requested on the application forms!

Camp space is not guaranteed until your application is complete and payment is received. Tuition payments in the form of check, money order, or cashier's check are accepted until one week prior camp session start date. Registration at the door must be paid in cash or money order/cashier's check.

In order to secure the best coaching staff possible and to maintain the advertised player-to-coach ratio, Ironwood Ridge Volleyball Camps have set 'one week prior' registration deadlines. Because of the past popularity of the camps and limited court space, campers are encouraged to register early!

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:
Applications and payment can be mailed up until one week prior to the camp session start date. The final registration deadline for all campers is one-week prior to camp session start date. Any camper who submits materials after the week prior to each camp session start date will be charged an extra $25 per camp session.  Please do not mail your payment less than one week prior to camp. After that, you must drop registration forms at the school as we we cannot guarantee that the district mail will get to the camp director after the week deadline. You may also email the camp director for an alternate mail address or pay your tuition at camp check-in. 

LATE REGISTRATION OR WALK-UP REGISTRATION:
Any camper who submits materials after the week prior to each camp session start date will be charged an extra $25 per camp session. In most cases, a waiting list is created after each camp's registration deadline. If you still need to register less than one week prior to any camp session, please contact Ironwood Ridge Volleyball Camp Director at camps@nighthawkvolleyball.com or (520) 906-6668 for instructions to reserve a spot.

IRONWOOD RIDGE HIGH SCHOOL CAMP PACKAGES (IRHS students only):
Currently enrolled Ironwood Ridge students qualify for camp packages - a discount when registering for all July camps. Campers have the choice of two packages that include either all three July camp sessions for $225, or a two-camp package that includes the All-Skills Camp and the campers choice of the Defensive Camp or the Setter/Attacking Camp. All registration materials and fees must be submitted by July 1, 2012 to qualify for the camp package discount. Please contact the Ironwood Ridge Volleyball coaching staff for more information.

REFUND POLICY:
In order to refund any payment, Ironwood Ridge Volleyball will need a WRITTEN REQUEST prior to the start date of the camp session(s) - there will be a $25 administrative charge on all refunds requested before the camp session start date. There will be NO refund of camp fees after the camp session has begun for reasons other than documented medical conditions. Please contact camp director for more information.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM:
It is important that campers are healthy and physically fit before attending camp. The medical release form needs to be completed by a parent/guardian. Completed medical release forms should be returned as soon as possible! The form can be included with the campers registration form. A camper WILL NOT be allowed to participate in camp activities until we have a completed medical release form on file. 

CHECK IN:
Campers are expected to check-in at least fifteen minutes prior to the camp's start time. If registering at the door, please allow more time for check-in. Your registration form, payment, and/or medical release form may be turned in at check in if necessary. Payments at check-in must be made with cash.
