There is no place like Ironwood Ridge … and there is no experience like Ironwood Ridge Volleyball or simply IRVB. For the past fifteen years, Ironwood Ridge Volleyball has set the standard of excellence for the sport in Southern Arizona. From packed crowds in the Volleyball Gym and media exposure to academic and athletic success, the Nighthawk program is at the forefront of the sport.

Ironwood Ridge volleyball players are achievers, as the Ironwood Ridge Volleyball program has named All-State and All-Region and 17 national All-Academic Team Awards from the American Volleyball Coaches Association. Five players have been named the consensus Southern Arizona Player of the Year, and ten players have been named the Region (or Section) Player of the Year.
