ENTERING GRADES 7-10 IN THE FALL
This camp is designed to help athletes improve both the fundamental and intermediate aspects of attacking. Campers will be introduced to proper attacking mechanics built on biomechanical principles to promote correct form and maximize power. Each session will focus on techniques that enhance attacking efficiency and improve execution in game-like situations.

The camp will be taught with a hands-on approach - each camper will be taken through step-by-step progressions, which should help any athlete with their club season and high school tryouts.
