Over the past nine years, Ironwood Ridge has become one of the State's top ranking volleyball programs. With the 2013 Ironwood Ridge Volleyball Camps, aspiring volleyball players have the chance to train with the best and be a part of the tradition. Nighthawks head coach Bill Lang, along with his staff, has developed one of the finest camp experiences in Southern Arizona, allowing campers to benefit from all the program has to offer.

The camp structure closely follows the training standards established within the Ironwood Ridge Volleyball program, using master practice plans and court trainers to create a low player-to-coach ratio.  Many of the techniques and systems taught at Ironwood Ridge will be introduced during the camp sessions, exposing campers to an ideal training environment prior to the Fall season.  Camp sessions also include dynamic stretching and conditioning sessions designed by the Irownood Ridge Volleyball Strength Coach.
