We're excited to bring back a camp session specifically geared towards boys volleyball! The Ironwood Ridge Men's Volleyball Program has won six Regional Titles and has produced some of the area's top teams and players while playing at one of the State's highest divisions over the past 20 years.
The Boys Volleyball All-Skills Camp is specifically designed to provide advanced training to boys that are wanting to compete in the Spring, as well as introduce the sport to younger male athletes. This is great opportunity to train with the Nighthawk Men's Volleyball staff during the summer.
The camp will focus on all aspects of the game with the emphasis on fundamentals. Skill development is emphasized during on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, team defense, team reception, and out-of-system skills.
All campers will be placed on separate courts in groups of similar age and ability. The Ironwood Ridge Men's Volleyball coaching staff will direct the camp, along with former Nighthawk Volleyball players. This camp is created to expose campers to a varsity practice environment and is a great opportunity for athletes to raise their overall skill level.
