The Championship Volleyball All-Skills Camp is specially designed to meet the needs of athletes entering grades 6-12. The camp will focus on all aspects of the game with the emphasis on fundamentals. Skill development is emphasized during on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, team defense, blocking, team reception, attack coverage and team transition.
Campers will be placed in a group of similar age and ability. The camp’s coaching staff is one of the most experienced staffs in Tucson. The Ironwood Ridge Volleyball coaching staff will direct the camp, along with current Junior Olympic and college coaches. This camp is created to expose campers to a varsity practice environment and is a great opportunity for athletes to raise their overall skill level right before the high school season.
Ironwood Ridge Volleyball Camps are specially designed to create a positive learning environment for everyone who attends. The clinic's curriculum will focus on volleyball techniques such as serving, passing, setting, and attacking - along with team systems and development.
